Jessica Berg Elders, founder of Timshel Coaching, is passionate about partnering with individuals and teams who are striving to expand opportunity, joy and justice in the world. She is a certified executive coach, organizational development and human resource leader with extensive experience spanning design, facilitation, training, and executive management. With more than 15 years in the education and non-profit sector, Jessica’s current coaching and consulting work is informed by a long and consistent track record of achieving bold sustainable results in staff hiring, retention, development, engagement and performance of the clients with whom she works. Jessica has held national leadership roles with Teach For America, is a Columbia University certified executive coach, and accredited practitioner of the Hay Group’s 360 Emotional and Social Competency Inventory in addition to being a phi beta kappa alum Northwestern University. A native of the Detroit metro-area you can currently find Jessica hiking up the hills of San Francisco or wandering the nearby vineyards with her husband. P.S. Timshel, or “thou mayest,” is a reference to the agency we have to create the future we desire. It’s also a reference from one of Jessica’s favorite novels, East of Eden.
